Vecinos afirmaron que esta pr\u00e1ctica se realizaba de forma frecuente y ya era habitual en el lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n surgieron denuncias sobre presunta implicancia de pol\u00edticos, exautoridades y funcionarios de la estatal.
