La detenci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en un allanamiento en el barrio Laurelty de la ciudad de San Lorenzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El operativo estuvo a cargo del Departamento de B\u00fasqueda de Pr\u00f3fugos de la Polic\u00eda Nacional. La fiscal de ejecuci\u00f3n Diana Burgos lider\u00f3 el procedimiento con apoyo de unidades especializadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho investigado se remonta al 10 de noviembre de 2012 durante una fiesta de 15 a\u00f1os. La v\u00edctima era menor de edad y denunci\u00f3 haber sido agredida dentro del predio del club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2017 se confirm\u00f3 la condena de 5 a\u00f1os y 6 meses de prisi\u00f3n por coacci\u00f3n sexual y violaci\u00f3n. El acusado permanec\u00eda pr\u00f3fugo desde 2019, seg\u00fan informes policiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo estaba viviendo solo, estaba en compa\u00f1\u00eda de familiares, tenemos entendido que es una vivienda tambien de la familia, eso es a corroborar\u201d, inform\u00f3 el Crio. Juan Pereira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTenemos entendido que aproximadamente hace 5 meses (viv\u00eda en la vivienda)\u2026 se encuentra detenido a la espera de lo que disponga el juzgado\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su fuga habr\u00eda cambiado constantemente de domicilio para evitar su localizaci\u00f3n.
