Su hermano, <strong>Jaime V\u00e1zquez<\/strong>, calific\u00f3 el resultado como \u201cdemasiado doloroso\u201d y denunci\u00f3 que el procedimiento clave nunca se realiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan relat\u00f3, ni siquiera se pudo practicar un electrocardiograma en el hospital porque las m\u00e1quinas estaban fuera de servicio desde diciembre, por lo que el estudio b\u00e1sico debi\u00f3 ser realizado por una empresa tercerizada. \u201cEl factor tiempo fue muy importante para el final tr\u00e1gico que tuvimos\u201d, lament\u00f3, recordando que Braulio nunca hab\u00eda tenido antecedentes card\u00edacos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El familiar sostuvo que el informe del IPS refleja la magnitud de las irregularidades y que \u201cmientras m\u00e1s lees el informe, m\u00e1s terror\u00edfico es\u201d.
