El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en diciembre de 2025, pero la denuncia se formaliz\u00f3 reci\u00e9n en abril de este a\u00f1o, luego de que las im\u00e1genes se viralizaran en redes sociales. La agente fiscal Viviana S\u00e1nchez sustent\u00f3 la acusaci\u00f3n en la Ley de Bienestar y Protecci\u00f3n Animal y pidi\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n preventiva del sospechoso, quien permanece pr\u00f3fugo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante la falta de comparecencia, la Fiscal\u00eda solicit\u00f3 su declaraci\u00f3n de rebeld\u00eda y prisi\u00f3n preventiva, considerando el riesgo de fuga por la cercan\u00eda con la frontera. Paralelamente, el Ministerio P\u00fablico tambi\u00e9n lo investiga por violencia familiar, ya que la v\u00edctima denunci\u00f3 agresiones f\u00edsicas y psicol\u00f3gicas sistem\u00e1ticas.
