Subray\u00f3 que el Gobierno debe ser responsable en la administraci\u00f3n del endeudamiento p\u00fablico y que cualquier decisi\u00f3n debe evaluarse con cautela para no comprometer la credibilidad financiera del pa\u00eds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lovera record\u00f3 que la Ley de Responsabilidad Fiscal permiti\u00f3 mantener confianza internacional y advirti\u00f3 que un d\u00e9ficit mayor podr\u00eda obligar a recurrir a endeudamiento masivo.
